Both of our wine clubs feature quarterly shipments of handcrafted wines, along with exclusive discounts, VIP event access, and free tastings for you and your friends—because great wine is meant to be shared! There is no fee to join the Wine Club. Membership is for a minimum of two enrolled quarters (2 wine shipments). Your credit card will be automatically charged with each recurring shipment for the cost of the wines, tax (where applicable), and any shipping costs. Club memberships do not have a termination date and memberships are considered active until we receive a written notice of cancellation. Cancellations must be received by the 15th of the month prior to the next release.
New wines are released four times each year and include selections and releases to complement the season. Wine Club releases are held at the winery for pickup by default, but can also be shipped directly to your door.
We use UPS Ground for all shipments. Depending upon the time of year, some wine shipments may be held a few days to avoid extreme temperatures such as possible freezing or overheating en route or at delivery.
For our very thirsty customers, expedited overnight shipments can be arranged at additional UPS costs. We only ship within the continental USA to those states that we have legal permits for shipping.
We cannot guarantee shipment to all States due to differing shipping laws and therefore may not be able to ship wine to your location. State laws that permit shipment require an adult signature for delivery— therefore, we strongly (highly!) recommend the use of a business address for your wine deliveries. If you choose to ship wine to your home address, you are assuring that an adult 21 years or older will be able to sign for deliveries. To avoid re-shipment charges if no one of age can sign for the shipment at your home address, please let us know if you have an alternate address (or great neighbor) that can handle the delivery. Just call or email us with any special wine shipment delivery needs.
Wine shipping laws regularly change throughout each month, therefore this information will be updated as we add state shipping permits or if the laws change. We are happy to inquire about your specific state for shipment requests. Due to some state’s shipping laws and permits, we may require a copy of your driver’s license prior to any shipment.
You may cancel your membership (but we hope not!) by sending an email to us at [email protected], or by stopping at the Tasting Room for a hardcopy cancellation notice, or simply send a quick note to us at Equus Run Vineyards, 1280 Moores Mill Rd., Midway, KY 40347. Cancellations must be received by the 15th of the month prior to the next release.
